General Underground INC was founded in 2004 in Edmond, Oklahoma. General Underground is locally owned and operated. Initially focusing on underground electrical contracting, General Underground has transitioned into all underground utility construction to include but not limited to sewer, drainage, communications, electrical, water, and oil & gas transportation lines. From humble beginnings of a few employees, General Underground has grown to employ some of the most proficient utility construction experts in the country. General Undergrounds scope of work primary focuses around horizontal directional drilling as well as direct lay utility construction. Capabilities range from a few inches to several feet in material diameter.
